• We can do a catch-up if, for some reason, you miss one of the sessions due to illness, etc.

I teach in the comfort of your home at dates and times mutually agreed upon. Approximately 8 hours + recordings and relaxations.

Refresher Session

$95 per session

A focused one-on-one refresher for families who have previously completed Birthtrix or another hypnobirthing course.

We meet at either your place or mine for approximately 1.5 hours. A date mutually agreed on.

• Ideal for subsequent pregnancies
